Can I make a reservation online?

Yes. Whether you are a first time client or a repeat customer, simply click on Reservations and fill out the specified form. You will be able to get prices instantly, and receive a confirmation number.

How will you arrange for my pick up from Airport?

There are limo stands on every terminal that we can pick you up at. Convenient Limo stand pick up is available which is very fast and efficient, the driver will meet you with your name on a sign. Please refer to the airport pick up policies once you receive your confirmation.

Do I get charged for waiting time at the airport?

If you made a reservation based on a flat rate, you will receive fifteen minutes grace period or free waiting time For domestic flight 1 Hour from the actual flight landing time until you call for your pick up with domestic flights, and 2 Hours free waiting time with all international flights from the time the flight lands until you arrive at the designated limo area at the airport.

What type of payments do you accept?

Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

How does the tip to the driver work?

SKYWAYS Limousine chauffeurs receive the 20% service fee in full as their gratuity.

Do you have an automatic payment plan?

By having an account with us, you can request for automatic credit card payment.

Do you check the status of my flight?

Yes. SKYWAYS LIMOUSINE LLC Limousine will constantly check your flight for actual arrival time. As long as your flight number doesn't change, we will know about your flight delays. It may be a good idea to let our office know about your flight delays, but it's not necessary.

If my flight number changes, do I have to let you know?

Yes. We would definitely need to know your arriving flight number, and your new arrival time.

How should I let you know about my arrival flight change?

The best option is to call our office directly to assure availability in case there is a big time change and confirm immediately.

Can I cancel my order and when?

Once you receive a confirmation, you are confirmed. To cancel your reservation refer to the Company Policies - Terms and Conditions at the bottom of your reservation confirmation.

How can I confirm my reservation?

Once you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email.

What kind of cars do you have?

We have a wide variety of brand new cars, limos and vans. For details, you can click on FLEETS

Do you accept a short requests?

With advance notice you can make a short request, and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.

Do you charge for waiting time on your flat rates?

If you have a pick up from a residence, or any place other than the airport, we give you a 15 minute grace period or free time from the actual pick up time. Additional waiting time will be calculated per � hour increments. Hourly rates will be determined based on the type of vehicle ordered.

Can I pay by cash?

We accept cash for any reservation. For clients that don't want to use credit card.

Do I get a confirmation number and when?

As soon as you complete your reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email, or by phone.

Do you make a sign with my name for my airport pick up?

Yes, Your Chauffeur Will have a sign with your name on it on the window while he/she is waiting for you.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It really depends on the type of car, and the occasion. If it's a simple Sedan pick up, we prefer at least 24 -48 hour notice, although you may be able to reserve one within 1-3 hours of requested pick up time. On the other hand with our limos strech and party bus we like to have at least 48 hour notice, while our specialty vehicles may require more time.

What color are the cars?

Our vehicles are mainly either black or white. All of our Sedans and Town Cars, and SUVs are Black.

Do you charge for Stops?

If you are reserving as an as directed order, you won't have to pay for stops. With our flat rates (Sedan) to the Airport, there will be a minimum $10.00 charge for immediate stop or on the way stops, within 5 miles radius.

When do I get charged?

We confirm your reservation by authorizing your credit card and then you'll get charged as invoiced. Additional time, services, fees will be charged as well.

Can I request my favorite driver?

Considering drivers may be off at times, we try our best to fulfill your needs. We will make a note in your file about any special requests.

What kind of a car do I need, if I have 4 people and want to go to Airport?

Our town cars will fit four passengers plus light bags. If you think you have a lot of bags and may not fit comfortably, you may want to think about our next size car, a Suburban seven passenger SUV.
