Skyways Limousine LLC is pleased to provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully, before accessing or using the Service, If you do not accept the terms and conditions expressed here, do not use this web site or the service. By using this web site and or the service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and Conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification. and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Skywayslimousine.com are superseded and of no force or effect.
Waiting Time
(Apply only for point to point service) Waiting charges begin 15 minutes For domestic flight you have 1 H waiting time For international flight you have 2 hours.Please note we must have the proper flight number & airline on airport pickups.
Point to Point transfer
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departure of prearranged time described on the run sheet 1 h hour waiting $70/h Cancellations
To receive the 75% refund, you need to cancel at least 2 days before the scheduled pick up time 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
All cancellations can be sent via e-mail skywayslimo@gmail.com. We will reply to you with a cancellation notification e-mail. Save this e-mail for future reference as timely proof of your cancellation. Cancellation Policy for Airport Trips
All airport arrivals must be paid at least 2 days before the scheduled date time. We do take last minute reservations as well. For airport ride or point to point transfer Any cancellation same day before the scheduled pick up time won’t be refundable. Cancellation Policy for party bus and limo stretch Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are considered late cancels and billed at 75% of the service fee.Hourly job is 4h minimum for suv $85/ h all payments must be made up front before the pick up time. Anything overtime will be paying accordingly the time frame.
Where To Meet Your Driver at IAH Airport. At each terminal there is a "limo stand" designated area. All passengers arriving at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH - Terminals A, B, C) and Hobby Airport (HOU) will meet their chauffeur at the baggage claim area.
Terminal Terminal A - Your chauffeur will be at the bottom of the escalator in the limo stand with a sign
Terminal B - Your chauffeur will be at the bottom of the escalator in the limo stand with a sign
Terminal C - Your chauffeur will be at a baggage claim # 12
Terminal E - Your chauffeur will meet inside the lobby next to the limo stand
For HOBBY pick up the chauffeur will by baggage claim # 1 If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please do not leave the terminal. Please call us at 832 581 0692 so we can locate your chauffeur for you. If you do not call and leave the airport, the trip will be considered a no-show, subject to the full service fee plus any applicable wait time charges.
No-Show Fee
A no-show fee equal to the trip will cost 100% of the fare Service charge plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying skyways Limousine LLC Skyways limousines LLC reserves the right to cancel any Service without Refund, If the Operator or the Office feels that the Renter/Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or The Mode of Transportation or The Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of Injury. Or if the Renter/Party of the Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception.
Skyways Limousine LLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Skyways Limousine LLC reserves the right to substitute vehicles for reasons beyond it's control if skyways unable to perform under this agreement, its liability is limited to a full refund of money paid by customer, and shall not exceed the deposit paid. SKYWAYS LIMOUSINE LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle. While every effort is made to ensure specified times are met, if the limousine is late in excess of 30 minutes due to unforeseen traffic, uncontrollable weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer has the option to cancel the service and receive a full refund on the unused portion of the trip. However, if the clients choose to still take the service, then no compensation may be claimed.
SKYWAYS Limousine LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
